Private sunbathing and entertaining decks with amazing views over the Gold Coast City skyline and Hinterland, some with BBQs on top, spiral staircases and pulley systems for fun can be enjoyed between the earthy solid stone bath on the top level and a deep copper bath.

A private hot tub and deck are available for hire if desired. There’s a free pool nearby, as well as plenty of wildlife to see.

A lot of hard work over the course of several years has paid off, as we’ve completed the conversions and new construction on the 54-acre property with off-grid infrastructure and bush regeneration.

At this retreat, we are demonstrating what’s possible, the joys and benefits of living off-grid and comfortably in nature while maintaining a sustainable way of life.

High above the picturesque Austinville Valley and the Gold Coast City Lights, with Springbrook National Park as a close neighbor, the Gold Coast Hinterland is your backyard.

Beautiful infrastructure, smart eco-technology, and clean, locally caught water and solar power are combined to create these Tree Houses, which are completely off the grid.

With gas, you can cook and have hot water instantly.

We invite you to come and see for yourself, relax, and reap the benefits of living so close to nature and in harmony with it.
