At Valhalla, you can expect a contemporary but traditional alpine lodge experience. Delicious meals, friendly social ambience and warm mountain hospitality. Being lodge style, there are no televisions or minibars in bedrooms. Instead, you’ll find fellow guests in the common areas, chatting, laughing and enjoying a quiet drink.

Valhalla Lodge features floor to ceiling panoramic views, spacious lounge with fireplace, alpine-style dining room, separate tv/games room, gear store/drying room and open-air deck. 12 king (or twin) ensuite rooms accommodate up to 25 adults. A few rooms have rollaways, only 2 rooms interconnect.

October – June, Exciting New Summer Season Experiences: ALL meals included. Fresh mountain air, wide open spaces. Perisher Valley is largely undiscovered in the summer season, so no crowds! Hike, cycle, run, climb Mt Kosciuszko, or just enjoy the serenity. Guided walks, tours and other activities such as wine and brewery trails available.

June – October, Magical Winter Snow Holiday Experiences: two minute downhill ski to Front Valley. Marked cross country tracks and snowshoe trails out the back. Hot breakfasts, three-course dinners, oversnow transfers, skier pick up and après by the fire.

Stay in June for Yulefest, the traditional Viking celebration of winter.
